Kathmandu: Barun Hydropower Company (BARUN) has convened the 21st Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 13th, Sunday at Lord Party Venue, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11 am.
The meeting will pass a special resolution regarding the amendment of the company’s charter, regulations, mergers and acquisitions. Likewise, the assembly will also pass resolutions authorizing the board of directors to amend the company’s charter and regulations, appointing auditors, and approving rights shares.
For the purpose of the general meeting, the company will close its book close on Ashwin 2. According to this, until Bhadra 21st, shareholders who have been transacted in NEPSE will be able to participate in the general meeting of the company.
