Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank announced the 12 percent dividend

Kathmandu: Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.

The board of directors meeting of the bank on Friday announced 7 percent bonus shares and 5 percent cash dividend (including tax) to the shareholders, making a total of 12 percent dividend.

The shareholders will receive the proposed dividend after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
